This tea helps to reduce the absorption of cholesterol in the intestinal tract. Together with a good diet, “Cholesterol Tea” is able to reduce the levels of blood cholesterol and helps to prevent cardiovascular diseases.

Place one or two filter bags in a cup with boiled water, then infuse for 4 to 6 minutes. If desired, sweeten with sugar, honey, or Stevia to taste.
